Non-negotiables
The Exchange is DIY: no course markings and no closed streets. When in doubt, contact the captain.
Every runner starting after 7 PM needs a headlamp and reflective vest until sunrise.
Use sidewalks and bike lanes. When in the street, run against traffic and follow pedestrian laws.
Cars cannot lead runners, block driveways, or impede public traffic at exchanges.
Keep noise low in residential areas, especially through Memorial Villages.
If security asks the team to relocate, move promptly to a legal nearby waiting area.
The final runner sends a finish-line selfie to the captain WhatsApp to record completion.
